In addition to the consortium partners, other key partners involved in this initiative include 15 Workforce Investment areas and their One Stops targeting 69 counties across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and New York (if/when the moratorium is lifted); PA Independent Oil an Gas Association; education and training community within the Marcellus Shale footprint; and the Veterans Administration.
